Payment, scheduling & cancellations

• Payment taken before booking. Sessions are delivered online worldwide.

• Reschedule up to 24 hours before the call (no fee).

• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% fee (or free rebook if we fill the slot).

• Full 3D package, full moodboard, or full procurement list (available as add-ons or via Room Refresh/Full House Design).

• Structural advice or building warrant submissions.
