Service Description 

The Full House Design package is a comprehensive interior design service for clients who want a cohesive, considered home design. Whether you’re renovating, furnishing a new build, or refreshing every room, we’ll create a unified vision that brings your entire property together.

We start by understanding how you live, your habits, aesthetic preferences, and budget and build a tailored design plan that covers every detail: layouts, lighting, materials, furniture, finishes, and styling.

You’ll receive a complete design pack with moodboards, 3D visuals, scaled plans, and a curated sourcing list with everything you need to execute the design confidently, whether you’re working with trades, managing the project yourself, or simply implementing it over time.

Clear, cohesive, and beautifully practical — designed to turn your house into a home that feels effortless, functional, and uniquely yours.

​​What’s included ​

  • Initial consultation (online or in-person) – to understand your goals, lifestyle, and budget.

  • Design concept – overall vision for your home including colour palette, finishes, and atmosphere.

  • Room-by-room moodboards – showing materials, textures, and styling direction for each space.

  • Curated sourcing lists – shoppable links with prices, lead times, and alternatives.

  • 3D visuals – realistic stills and views for each key room, showing layouts, furniture, and finishes.

  • Detailed layout plans – scaled drawings including furniture placement, lighting, and joinery zones.

  • Implementation roadmap (PDF) – clear order of works, supplier list, and next steps to bring the design to life.

  • Follow-up support – one email thread for clarifications within 14 days of delivery.

  • Deliverables: a full design pack (PDF) + live sourcing spreadsheet + 3D visuals folder.

Pricing​ (by sqm)

​

​​

  • Residential homes: £70–£90/sqm (minimum £2,500)
    Includes concept, layouts, moodboards, sourcing lists, 2 x 3D stills per key room, and 2 revision rounds.

  • Luxury or bespoke projects: £100–£120/sqm (minimum £4,500)
    Includes all of the above plus detailed joinery drawings, additional 3D visuals, and 3 revision rounds.

  • Commercial / hospitality interiors: from £120/sqm (quote based on brief)
    Includes concept direction, branding alignment, layout plans, and 3D visuals.

Prices are exclusive of procurement or project management fees.

​Add-ons (optional)
​​​

  • Additional 3D stills: £150 each

  • Detailed scaled layout (PDF, 1 plan): £120

  • Bespoke joinery drawings: £250–£400 per room

  • Extra revision round: £150

  • On-site measure (Central Belt Scotland): £250+

    • Travel outside this area is available upon request and will be quoted separately.​

  • Site visit (UK-wide): POA

  • Procurement management: +20% of purchased items

    • All trade discounts are passed directly to you, ensuring full transparency and value.

What we need from you 
​

  • Architectural plans or accurate measurements of the property

  • Photos or video walkthroughs of existing spaces

  • Your preferred style references or Pinterest board

  • Budget range and any preferred brands/retailers

  • List of spaces to include (e.g. kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallway)

What you’ll receive after
​

  • Full design pack (PDF) with concept, layouts, visuals, and sourcing list

  • Folder of 3D visuals and scaled plans

  • Implementation roadmap and trade list

  • Ongoing support throughout the build

​

Payment, scheduling & cancellations
​

  • 50% deposit to begin

  • 25% stage payment after concept approval

  • 25% balance on delivery of the full design pack

​

Projects are completed remotely or in person (Edinburgh and across the UK). Turnaround times range from 4–8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the property.

​

Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable once design work begins but can be credited towards a future project within 6 months.

​

  • Structural advice or building warrant submissions

  • Contractor management (see Project Management service)

  • Procurement and ordering (available as an add-on)

  • Installation or styling on site (available separately)
