• Residential rooms: £75/sqm (min £650)

  • Includes 2 x 3D stills, up to 35 sourced items, 1 revision.

• Open-plan / feature rooms: £90/sqm (min £1,200)

  • Includes 3 x 3D stills, up to 50 items (1–2 alternates), 2 revisions.

• Commercial light refresh: £120/sqm (min £2,000)

  • Includes up to 4 x 3D stills, up to 60 items (2 alternates), 2 revisions.​

• Additional 3D still (single viewpoint): £150 each

• Detailed scaled layout (PDF, 1 plan): £120

• Rush delivery (+10%)

Payment, scheduling & cancellations

​

• 50% deposit required to begin

• 50% balance due on delivery of the final design pack

• Projects are completed remotely (in-person meetings available in Edinburgh)

• Timelines vary depending on scope (typically 7–15 working days)

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel before design work begins, your deposit is fully refundable. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another project or date.

• Detailed joinery plans.
