A biophilic co-working and wellness hub designed within a restored industrial shell. Union Street reimagines the traditional workspace into a tactile, human-centred environment where creativity, calm, and community intertwine.

The ground floor offers a warm and organic social space with bookable hot-desks, private study booths, and a communal coffee bar, all wrapped around a lush internal garden crowned by a living tree beneath restored steel trusses and generous skylights.

Natural materials, curved forms, and layered greenery create a seamless connection between architecture and nature, promoting productivity and ease in equal measure.

Descending to the lower level, “The Social Club” transforms into an immersive event and wellness zone. The basement features a yoga and meditation studio, relaxation pods, and lounge areas, softened by ambient lighting, trailing plants, and smooth ergonomic forms. The spatial flow encourages both connection and retreat. A celebration of movement, pause, and mindful design.
