A fast-turnaround warehouse transformation delivered on a tight budget and a clear brief. The client had purchased an empty shell just outside Edinburgh and needed the space activated quickly, retaining as much open ground-floor area as possible. Their bold mint brand colour became the foundation of the concept.

A lightweight mezzanine was introduced to house the office, positioned to maximise activity space below while remaining visually unobtrusive. The staircase was tucked neatly against the wall, maintaining a clean sightline through the unit. The mint accent was used strategically, both as a confident brand statement and as a subtle wayfinding cue leading users up to the office.

The result is a simple, functional, and visually cohesive workspace that balances efficiency with a strong branded identity, proving that thoughtful design can elevate even the most minimal of interventions.
